Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Orders” mean a request by You to purchase Products from Us.

  • Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to LocoLuggage.com
  • Account” means a unique account created for You to access our Store for purchases.

Acknowledgment

These are the Refunds and Returns policy governing the refunds, returns or exchanges of this Store and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. The Refunds and Returns policy set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the refunds, returns or exchanges from products purchased from the Store.

The Refunds and Returns policy applies to all visitors, users and others who purchase products or use the Store.

Refunds

Every product at Loco Luggage is unique and therefore the product is only produced one time once a customer places an order. Due to the unique nature of our products our refunds and returns are processed within 30 days of receiving the product.

The Refunds and Returns policy states that refunds or replacements are processed in the cases of a manufacturing error, or a damaged product only. Photos are required upon refund request. We do not offer refunds if a wrong item was ordered, change of mind, or for any other reason other than the stated reason of manufacturing issues or damages to the product.

It is the customers choice to elect for a full refund or a replacement product in the case of a manufacturing error or a damaged product was received. Refund Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. If you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns

Due to the weight and size of the product you purchase from us we do not allow returns.

We will however replace and ship a new product to you if the product you received was damaged or if there was a manufacturing error.

Exchanges

Refund Processing Time

After we receive your refund request, our team of professionals will review and process your refund. Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once the refund is approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

It takes 24 hours to process and approve a refund request once submitted.

How to Submit for a Refund?

Please submit your refund request to info@locoluggage.com. Please include your order number and product photos of damaged areas of the luggage.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
