How long will it take to get my luggage?
Due to the unique nature of the product, we take up to 4 days to print and produce the design for your luggage and go through the quality control measures to ensure your order is accurate and in good quality. We then ship the luggage which depending on your location is estimated to be between 5-10 days to arrive to your shipping address.
Shipping
Shipping times vary based on where you are in the located. We estimate Shipping times to be anywhere from 5-10 days. We do also ship outside the United States at this time.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all luggage purchased from LocoLuggage.com.
Taxes
Taxes are calculated at checkout in your cart after adding your items. Taxes are based on on your location. If you are in the U.S. the taxes will be from your home state.
Custom Luggage Designs
At this time we are not doing custom luggage designs for individual consumers. We do offer many unique designs that are hard to find elsewhere. We may look at offering custom luggage designs in the future. Stay tuned.
Returns or Exchanges
We offer a free replacement or refunds in the cases of a damaged or a manufactured error only. We do not offer replacements or refunds for wrong order placements, or for any other reason outlined other than a damaged or a manufactured error. All claims for refunds or replacements must be made within 30 Days of product delivery.

Luggage Product
We specialize in Carry on Luggage and suitcases. With the rising costs of baggage fees to travel on airplanes more passengers are opting to travel with carry on luggage alone. We noticed this trend and wanted to offer products to these consumers that will make their travel experience fun, unique and memorable.
The carry on luggage we sale is sure to be a conversation piece.
The luggage piece has a hard front surface where the printed area is. The back of the suitcase is all black for every piece of carry on luggage. We know you will love your new away suitcase.
